In-person individual therapy
I offer in-person EMDR therapy at my private practice in Largo, Florida. My office is conveniently located in the greater Tampa Bay area. Meeting face-to-face in a safe and supportive environment can help you feel grounded as we work together to reach your goals. In-person sessions also give you the chance to step away from daily demands and focus fully on your healing and growth.
Telehealth individual therapy
I offer online EMDR therapy for adults located in Florida, Arizona, and South Dakota through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Research shows that EMDR therapy delivered online is just as effective as in person, and many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of receiving therapy from home or office.
